INTENDED USE

TEST PRINCIPLE
The kit uses real-time fluorescence PCR detection technology to design specific primers and TaqMan fluorescent probes with highly homologous regions in the whole genome of Shigella flexneri and realizes the rapid detection of Shigella flexneri by performing real-time fluorescence PCR.
