Intended Use of Product

This product is designed on the principle of real-time fluorescence PCR detection and used togetherwith a matching detection reagent. The product is clinically used for qualitative and quantitative detectionof target nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) from human samples, including pathogens and human genes.

Operating Principle of the Product

According to the set operating parameters, the UltraFast OPCR Instrument provides the required temperatureenvironment for RNA reverse transcription, denaturation, annealing, extended cycle amplification and fusion ofnucleic acid in vitro through a temperature control module under the action of a communication module. Theproduct uses an optical path module to collect the fluorescence signal generated during the amplification processin real time, and uses sofware to analyze and process the data for amplification and analysis of specific targetgenes or nucleic acid sequences in the sample.
