Super-Easy SYBR Green RT-qPCR Master Mix
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Super-Easy SYBR Green RT-qPCR Master Mix (lyophilized) is a premixed lyophilized preparation for RT-qPCR reaction, which contains SYBR Green chimeric fluorescent dye for real-time quantitative detection of RNA samples. The lyophilized reagents include double-enclosed hot-start Super HP Taq DNA polymerase, M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RNaseH-), MgCl2, dNTPs and SYBR Green dye. When using, it is only necessary to add RNA templates, primers and appropriate amount of PCR-grade water until the volume of each reaction is 20 µL, and a single sample addition operation can perform real-time quantitative detection of RNA samples.
The 3' end of the PCR product amplified by this product has an "A" base attached, so it can be directly cloned into T-Vector; the PCR product is also suitable forsequencing identification.
CAT no. KY135-01 and KY135-02 are lyophilized reagents in 0.1mL and 0.2mL PCR 8-strip tubes, respectively, and are sealed in aluminum foil bags. Each aluminum foil bag contains a PCR 8-strip tube, and each tube contains a single reaction lyophilized Super-Easy SYBR Green RT-qPCR Master Mix powder.
Single tube or multiple tubes can be used according to the needs of the experiment, and the remaining reagents and desiccant are transferred to the aluminum foil ziplock bag provided in the kit, sealed and stored at -25°C ~ 8°C to avoid moisture. APPLICATION
SYBR Green fluorescent dye real-time quantitative RT-PCR. This product contains M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RNaseH-), which can reverse transcribe RNA into cDNA, and then in the same reaction tube, Super HP Taq DNA polymerase was used to perform PCR amplification reaction using cDNA as template. During the reaction, the fluorescent dye SYBR Green binds to the dsDNA double helix minor groove to emit fluorescence. Real-time detection is performed by detecting the fluorescence intensity in the PCR reaction solution, and the melting curve and melting temperature (Tm) of the amplified DNA fragment can also be measured after the reaction. Its principle is shown in the figure below:
