Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix is a premixed lyophilized reagent for PCR efficient amplification, which includes double-enclosed hot-start Super HTaq DNA polymerase, MgCl2 , and bromophenol blue electrophoresis indicator. When using, only add DNA templates and primers (or probes) according to the required amount, and add PCR-grade water until each reaction reaches 20µL, and then the PCR amplification reaction of the DNA sample can be started.
The 3' end of the PCR product amplified by this product has an "A" base attached, so it can be directly cloned into T-Vector; the PCR product is also suitable for sequencing identification;This product contains blue Loading Buffer dye for DNA sample electrophoresis tracing, PCR products can be directly used for agarosegel electrophoresis, easy to use.Bromophenol blue dye is a standard electrophoretic tracer dye with a band size of about 300 bp in 1% agarose gel.
CAT no. KY189-01 and KY189-02 are lyophilized reagents in 0.1mL and 0.2mL PCR 8-tube strips, respectively, and both are sealed in aluminum foil bags. Each aluminum foil bag contains a PCR 8-tube strip, and each tube contains a single reaction lyophilized Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix, which is sealed and stored under dry conditions. Each kit contains 6 sealed aluminum foil bags, a total of 48 tubes of individually packaged reagents. Single tube or multiple tubes can be used according to the needs of the experiment, and the remaining reagents and desiccant are transferred to the aluminum foil ziplock bag provided in the kit, sealed and stored at -25°C~8°C to avoid moisture. The reaction system of each tube of Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix lyophilized powder is 20μL.
CAT no. KY189-03 is a premixed lyophilized reagent with 24 reactions per tube (24T), which is stored dry in an aluminum foil bag. Before use, take out a tube of lyophilized reagent and add 250μL of PCR-grade water to reconstitute and vortex for 5-10 seconds to make 2× Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix (10μL/T), and store in ice bath for later use. The reconstituted lyophilized reagent is recommended to be used up at one time.
CAT no. KY189-04 is a premixed lyophilized reagent with 500 reactions per tube (500T), which is stored dry in an aluminum foil bag. Take it out before use, add 5000μL of PCR-grade water to reconstitute the lyophilized powder and vortex for 5~10 seconds to make 2×Ready-to-Use PCR Master BlueMix premix (10μL/T),and store in ice bath for later use. The reconstituted lyophilized reagents are recommended to be used up at one time.
APPLICATION
Conventional PCR, quantitative PCR or Endpoint PCR assay (Such as Taqman fluorescence probe method, which can perform rapid detection on DNA samples).
